- Zookini Kids will gladly exchange or refund an item within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days. We do not refund shipping charges*. Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, in New Condition with all original tags attached. If you are returning an item for refund you will be credited via the original method of payment.
- Email us at info@zookinikids.com if you are interested in exchanging or returning merchandise. Include name, order# and reason for return.
- We will email you with a Return Authorization # to write on the outside of package once your return has been approved. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of merchandise to Zookini Kids.
- Zookini Kids HIGHLY recommends returns be sent using a traceable and insured method of shipping, USPS priority mail is the best option. Write the authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
*Zookini Kids will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective and there is no replacement available. If you received an item as a gift we will be happy to exchange for equal value item or issue a credit to the original purchaser.
